In 2018, we kicked off our incredibly popular “Free 30-Day Challenge” that quickly became a game-changer. Members joined for a 30-day fat loss challenge, dropping 10 pounds together while learning functional workouts with the support of their dedicated coach. Meeting three times a week at the same time, same place, they forged strong bonds and celebrated their victories as a team. That spirit of connection was so powerful that many wanted to continue training together for the entire year!

So, we created QUAD Training to help members stay motivated, build lasting friendships, and keep crushing their fitness goals – all while sticking to the same schedule, familiar coach, and consistent group. 

The QUAD TRAINING PROGRAM offers a 4:1 coaching ratio, giving you the attention of a personal trainer with the energy and motivation of a small group. All customized to your specific needs. 

The Markham Gym Training with Team

QUAD TRAINING PROGRAM consists of 2 MANDAORY workouts a week, every Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday, for one-hour sessions that focus on everything from squats, deadlifts, and push-ups to twists, pulls, and endurance-building exercises.

There will also be FREE OPTIONAL CLASSES for QUAD MEMBERS to join FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS to add variety, consisting of:

  1. YOGA & MOBILITY CLASS
  2. HIIT/METCON CLASS 
  3. STRENGTH CLASS
  4. PILATES CORE & STABILITY CLASS
  5. CROSSFIT COACH LED CLASS
  6. OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING CLASS
  7. WALK/HIKE/RUN CLASS (SEASONAL)
  8. PHYSIO, RMT & CHIRO CLASS

QUAD training workouts are 2x week, every Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday for 1 hour focusing on progressing strength, mobility and functional movements like squat, hinge, deadlift, pull, push, twist, stamina and endurance.
