How to stay motivated in the gym!

Feeling motivated in the gym is an awesome feeling! It pushes you towards your fitness goals and paired with discipline, anything is possible. However, maybe you are not mentally or emotionally invested, maybe you are not motivated to do much in the gym or maybe you just finished your fitness goals and succeeded but have no further goals. There are a lot of reasons why one might get discouraged from getting and staying motivated and is it really that important? Or is having a goal and being disciplined enough? For example, they can help you complete that last rep or set of your exercise that you don’t feel like doing by spotting and encouraging you. Also, it will just be more fun to have another person with you to struggle through exercises and see each other’s growth.
