The Xmas holidays & the new year is coming up! Quick! Blink & you might just find yourself trying to catch up to last years goals 🎱
So as you near the end of 2022, I just want to make sure to get you ahead of the “new year new me” mindframe 😬
Think of it like I’m just checking in on my buddies, making sure my bros don’t skip leg days & my sisters eat their protein 👊
I encourage you to find sometime and write down your goals. Make a list, and check it twice. No business is built without a plan, and no gains shall prosper without S.M.A.R.T. GOALS (SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVABLE, RELEVANT AND TIMELY) 🤓

HOW IT WORKS IS VERY SIMPLE:

✏️ The consultation is done in person, via Skype/zoom, phone call, email
or text! I’m everywhere!
✏️ To foreshadow, yes I will be by your side, keeping in contact daily for accountability and reviewing your health and fitness changes weekly.
✏️The daily check-ins ensure you’re on track, no any doubts or guessing.
✏️ During the weekly check-ins, we take a few things into consideration such as: body fat % lost, changes to appearance, current mood, health questionnaire, how the nutrition and exercise program is coming along and address anything new that may come up. Holding hands not included 😅
🥇 The best part is that I will teach you why we are doing what we are doing, I won’t simply instruct you. The goal is to teach you and make you independent and competent.
