In the past we have written about exercise, diet, metabolism, programs, fat loss, rest days, training when your sick and MORE! Sometimes they get the message across but sometimes they don’t; they may be hard to understand or does not really motivate you – so perhaps watch a video on youtube and find visual motivation instead! But be wary, not all channels on youtube are “good” and may even steer you in the wrong direction, or perhaps get you to buy a bullshit online program. For these reasons, we try to write blogs and teach our clients about FACTS, SCIENCE and EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES.
